1. License & Fair-Code Terms
The MemHouse Core engine is source-available fair-code under the MemHouse Sustainable Use License; it is not licensed as OSI-approved open source. The repository license defines permitted self-hosted, evaluation, research, testing, and internal-business use. Managed Cloud and Enterprise VPC deployments are governed by separate agreements.
2. Release Maturity & Integration Notice
APIs and schemas may evolve. LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenClaw, packaged MCP, and other integrations described as experimental or coming soon are not part of the supported released interface. Review the current repository documentation and evaluate the software for your workload before deployment.
3. Acceptable Use & Swarm Governance
You agree not to utilize MemHouse to store, index, or govern facts intended for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity. The user remains solely responsible for configuring Gate A/B quality thresholds and human-in-the-loop Held state verification for autonomous agents operating in regulated domains.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MemHouse Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from autonomous agent actions taken based on extracted memory facts, provided the engine executed according to user-configured gate parameters.
